Amazing service. I bought a 911 in another state and Connor was super helpful in looking through my car's service history, telling me what was needed (not much!) and getting that setup and scheduled. Connor also helped me pick out summer tires based on driving style. The actual service was also excellent -- love the video overview and appreciate the porter service. And they are storing my winter tires! 10/10 A+, absolutely amazing service. I look forward to returning for all future service.
I had a pleasant experience here at Porsche Ann Arbor yesterday. We were trading in a vehicle and purchasing a Cayenne. There were a couple snags in the process that could’ve possibly caused the deal to fall through elsewhere, but the team here worked hard to make everything as smooth as possible. Micah, Nick, and Dimitri are amazing! Their dedication to make things work was definitely felt by us. I truly do recommend anyone considering to purchase a vehicle here, to do so.

Porsche Ann Arbor has the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with. Phil Kaiser goes above and beyond for his customers. I've owned 7 Porsches over the years and cars from luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus, Cadillac and Lincoln. So I've dealt with a lot of service departments and Service Managers. I've never had service to rival that provided by Phil.He's the best!

I can't leave Dimitri finance and insurance manager, he was amazing got us a great deal on the ceramic coating and made sure all the t's were crossed so we wouldn't have to come back 3 and a half hour away, but definitely worth the trip!
I've always been wary of buying cars out of state, so when I decided to buy a CPO Taycan, I was reluctant to venture too far from home (Bellevue, WA) even though I felt the options at my local dealership were quite limited. Purchased a VW Atlas from Eric. He's at Porsche but was helping out at VW the day I saw the Atlas SEL I was looking for. Process was super easy, fast (under 2 hours to get everything done) and Eric was a pleasure to work with. No one likes to deal with servicing a car but fix it before its broke always worked for me and when you work with either Tricia or Phil they always make things a bit easier to deal with. Never recieved anything but the best service on every visit.

Porsche service is always expensive, but if you know the work is being done with care and there is good communication before decisions have to be made, then it is easier to be satisfied. Phil provided super good service for my Cayman. He ordered parts ahead so when I brought the car in, everything needed was available. Only 1.5 hours in the comfortable waiting room and I was on my way back to Bowling Green.

Best customer service ever. Had a low tire warning on my dash appear on my 2023 vehicle. I came in (they graciously squeezed me in) didn’t charge me as there was no leak or issues with the tire and filled my tire up with air. They could have easily charged me for the hour as they did inspect the vehicle but instead they helped me, even washed my car and gave me some tips next time it happens and suggested to bring it in again if the issue persists. The good news here is that Tricia Desmarais has recently joined as service manager. My previous Porsche service experience was with a terrific dealership (Porsche Redwood City) in California.
